John Deere 1070 4WD front axle wheel problem

I'm looking at a JD 1070 4WD with loader to purchase and am concerned about the right front wheel being canted (top out, bottom in) probably 10-15%. It has turf tires and all the wear on that tire is on the outer third. The left front tire and both rears are worn evenly. Any thoughts as to what it might be and what it's going to take/cost to fix it? Thanks.
