The 3 point hitch on E-Bay is for a small er tractor not a cat 1, but thanks for the suggestion, I did contact the owner however. ....

I'm trying to figure out what a 3ph kit does. I think that a JD 850 has a CAT I 3ph, although some backhoe sub-frames require removal of the lift arms to mount the hoe. ....

The 3 point hitch is installed after removal of the backhoe so you can install other implements, ie plow, harrow, mower, etc. My backhoe is frame mounted and did not come with the 3 point hitch kit

Richard , Northern tool has most of what you need if not all. They have the arms, Lift links, Pins ,And Center links. Heres a link to one style of arm .you might want to request a catologe it has much better descriptions and more selection .I hope this helps!
