Am looking at 1983 JD 1050, 1094 hrs. w loader. One owner,paint a little rough,everything else appears to be tight with no leaks of any kind. Loader will lift more than tractor rear-end can stabilize. Has an 8k price tag??

Tony, You didn't mention if it was 2 or 4wd? I will assume 2wd with an $8K asking price. For comparison, about 2 years ago I purchased an early model 2wd JD-950 w/75 loader w/power steering and just over 1500+ hours for alittle over $7,000. The tractor had been stored inside most of the time and I would rate it in good to excellent shape. Hope this info. helps and good luck with the purchase. Regards mark ....
