Price Check JD 300 Loader w Detachable Backhoe

I am looking at a 1970 JD 300 industrial/landscape tractor with a detachable 3pt backhoe. This unit has around 4100 hrs on it, great tires and runs good. Asking is 13,900. Is this in the ball park?Any help is appreciated.Jim Griffin
