This is an unsolicited testimonial.
They say that if a customer has a bad experience, he'll tell 10 people; if he has a good experience, he'll tell 1 person (or nobody). I always try to buck that trend.
I'm in the process of restoring a '47 Farmall A. Having no IH dealers nearby, I started searching the net for ones that will do business by mail. I noticed White's ad on this board, and e-mailed them. I received a reply e-mail the next morning; after calling Ken the parts guy, he faxed me a page from the parts book showing the assembly I'm working on (rear differential seals, in this case). This saved me from ordering the wrong parts, and, he had everything I needed in stock. I ordered on Monday, and got them UPS on Wednesday. Excellent!
