Please watch these two videos. It is amazing to see the extremes that the Police officers go through to reduce the danger to them and the woman who is armed and inside a Police vehicle with the car keys inside the police station garage.

When you compare this to the shooting of Renee Good, I do not see how anyone can say that ICE came anywhere close to doing this with proper procedure, it looks like a MOB hit, they killed her in just seconds.
