Have a 5205 with a 521 front loader mid mount with joystick control, 273 hrs. Turn off the tractor with loader/bucket in air, knee high/waist high, doesn't matter and Loader begins to have a popping sound every 10-15 min. which causes the loader to leak down approx. 3/4 of inch every 30 min. I have had in shop several times and this only started to occur after they worked on the joystick and changed the midmount unit with a new one. Deere has told me this is an allowable rate of leak down. Never Did this when it was brand new. Any suggestions?

Wolverine; I think the poping sound you hear is from the movement in the pins and bushings as the loader slowly settles, and not the cause of the leakdown. Seems like now and then there is a perfect circit that doesn't settle, but yours seems pretty normal. Frank. ....
