That looks like a good size tractor...Its got to be 25hp Or better.
I found my model numbers on the side of the trany just inside the drivers step..If its a graymarket someone may have removed the plate. There are also numbers on the block just in front of the starter. I dont think you will find a manual in our langage but Schaff has parts books.
But those don't help much either. Those 3pto are elect/Hyd on Shibarua's difficult to understand. electric solenoid and hydraulic lifting systems. If all else fails finding the model number ....go find a dealer or one for sale somewhere and look at them and compare or take pics...you'll finds something the same to give you a clue.

If you google "steiger tractors" you'll get models and manuals. But yours seems to say "Stiger" so I don't know. ....
