86546618 nh list price 6.20 sba140517020 list price 10.24 you figure out which one you would rather use when they both spec out the same according to fleet guard who makes nh filters I called them last week to check! the sba140517020 is made by denso in japan, and until someone gets it crossed up nh will keep the price up there until forced to lower it. hope this helps the debate.

Find a new dealer the draw bar is standard equipment hooks under the rear end of the tractor and is standard from the factory. he is trying to make extra money from you by not being honest. good luck

the supersteer front end gives these tractor the best turning radius in the business. the regular front end competes with all the others as far as turning radius goes. as far as extra moving parts it the same axle as the standard front end the only difference is a suspension with a pivot point so not really many extra parts. Curtis tractor cab also makes a fully enclosed steel cab with hard doors and lots of glass area with heat for this tractor.

I am surprise he takes the time to write slips by hand. Todays business programs for dealers easily add 10,20 or even up to 100% to list price if the dealer wants the program to function that way. He may have another reason for hand slips does not make sense to do it just for that.

There is also a Boomer tc30 on its way economy version the gear drive will be around 14-15000.00 with loader and the hydro version about 1500.00 more. the tc50 will also be available with a hydraulic shuttle shift transmission for those who like a gear trans with the ease of a shuttle

We have a customer that has been using his 1630 new holland to retrieve and feed his cows round bales for 4 years now with no problems. the bales weigh 600-700lbs and he puts one on the front bucket spear and one on the rear 3pt spear and carries them from field to barn yard daily he has put over 1200 hours on this tractor doing this with out a single problem. It really says somthing about the reliability and stability of a small new holland compact. for those of you that dont know the 1630 compares to the current tc25.

Al how can you say a dealers expense is minimal! Just the interest on 350,000.00 dollars worth of parts, which is the amount of parts we have in stock all the time adds up. what would you rather have interest on that money in a bank or a pile of parts on your shelves. It just bogles my mind that you think the expenses are minimal, every department has to pay part of the expense, property cost, building cost eviromental cost electricity wages insurance, furniture, computer systems, which almost alway have to be updated every 5 years at an expense of 16-32000.00 depending on what upgrades you do, special shop tools to keep your equipment running good, office supplies, part storage equipment, the list goes on and on I just cant even begin to imagine how you think those expense are minimal! I am not trying to be a jerk about this but there is a lot of expense in one of these dealerships. If there was not everyone would be doing it and you dont see that happening do you? for every dollar we spend and invest in our business we are lucky to have a 4-6% profit at the end of the year. So you figure it out that kind of profit on several hundred thousand dollars worth of investment, with a lot of work involed.
it might be easier if every dealer thought about it to just close there doors and invest there money in a cd they would be farther ahead!

If the tractor looks like it did when you got it. we usually use a figure of 20-25.00 dollars per clock hour for a trade in value for such a short usage period.

you might try calling a new holland dealer they use shibaura numbers on there compacts with the prefix sba so in the case if it is a good number for them it would be sba314531174. if that does not work I would just take it to a new holland dealer and have them see if they can match it to one of there compact filters.

if this is a new tractor under warranty and you have a major component failure dont be surprised if they do an oil test to see what type of oil was in the tractor at the time and if it meets specs. This is becomming more common practice all the time. I would not think Jack oil would meet any spec that the manufacturer has.

almost forgot if the dealer will not negotiate with you try this number at your napa store its the original new holland part number e9nn6714aa this number now subs to 86546618. this filter is made by fleetguard but i am not sure what they use for there number. Good Luck!

We where told by our district managers when New Holland announced that case dealers would get our compact tractor that it would be priced 800-1000.00 more than the blue to keep New Holland Dealers happy. I did not think they would actually do this but from the post I have read it sounds like Mother Fiat has done this.

The latest copy of my dealer policy manual tells me that Ford employees are no longer eligible for a discount from New Holland Dealers. But the way New Holland changes there mind lately that could have changed again! Good Luck!

The Connectors that are easy to connect under pressure are called flat face couplers. You are right they are very expensive about 40.00 for male side and 60.00 for female side. They would eliminate your pressure problems
