Equipment: B6100E with Brownie Tractor Company 4' finish mower, Woods 40" rotary cutter, Woods 40" tiller. Near Future: BX23 with 60" mower. |

Property: 2.39 acres with 1 acre of mowed grass, 1 acre of forest. Tractor is used to cut grass, till garden, and this past October tilled up yard to add soil amendments and repland grass. Future BX23 will also be used to move some dirt and wood mulch as well as dig in extra infiltrator for septic system. |
