Carry-On 5' x 10' 3500# single axle utility trailer. 2005 Nissan Titan 4x4 truck to pull it all with. 2001 Honda Rancher ES 350 4x4 ATV to go hunting with and drag out deer.

Property:
35.18ac of mature mixed hardwood and pine, rolling Central Va. paradise in Buckingham County. Bought for hunting, camping and recreation 6 yrs ago and built a small hunting cabin in 2001 w/electric, no water yet. I hope to retire there.

I live on a 1ac lot in South Eastern Va. (Poquoson)near historic Yorktown, Va. I also am caretaker of three other pieces of land that are 18.2 ac, 88ac & 28.7 acres that I help maintain for hunting rights. I also belong to Franklin Hunting Club w/7000ac in Southampton Co., Va. Lots & lots of deer and the best guys anywhere.
