Equipment:
As of May 2004, now have a Kubota BX23 with FEL and BH. The loader has a tooth bar and two chain hooks.

Property:
4 acres nearly all wooded, fairly steep slopes on a small mountain with lots of rocks and clay soil. Will be digging out some stumps, clearing cut logs and firewood, moving soil and small rocks, then shaping and landscaping.
