On the left side of injection pump you will find a solenoid with wires coming into it from the left side. I don't remember exactly how it attaches, but I think it threads in and has a jam nut to lock it. Someone had apparently taken the top of the injector pump apart to replace gasket without removing the solenoid and bent the plunger/shaft slightly causing it to periodically catch and shut off supply. I removed the solenoid and place the shaft in a vise. With a little pressure and love taps with a hammer, I was able to re-align the shaft and never had a problem again. I apologize for being vague, as I no longer have to tractor to look at for reference.
