I have the 3 point backhoe on my Jepe 354 and I know what you mean. Seems like it will just fall over, but so far so good. I did tip it backwards loading the machine on a trailer, but the backhoe stopped it from going on over. Mine is alot more stable than I think, just watch the side rollover situations.
