I have to replace the glow plugs because the glow plug controller timer stuck "on" and it burned out all three glow plugs. I was able to remove them without much trouble. Thanks for the reply.

I also have a 4100 gear with a 410 loader. The comments on the stumps are correct. Also the tractor is a little light. I've had mine for about 2 1/2 years and it has been pretty much flawless. I did borrow a Danuser post hole auger for it. The tractor had enough power to operate it. However, the auger was a little long (tall) for the tractor and was a little hard to position. Overall it is a great tractor.

Jihn Deere's reason for not reversing the tires was that there were some instances (???) where the R4's could hit some implements and that by increasing the tread width would cause additional strain on the frame. I did not understand or buy these reasons. I do plan on reversing mine.
