Hi. This is Bob ...4 years after my last post. I bought and built a 36 x 60 x 12H Miracle Truss steel bldg. in Jan 2005. It's a great building -- maintenance free. I would not recommend wood -- my two wood buildings have been attacked by termites. No problem with steel. See my post from 4 years back.
