Anyone know where I can find A set of ag tires and wheels at a good price for my TZ18? Dealer wants 780.00

I have a TZ18 the PTO failed at 22hrs. The dealer installed a new PTO clutch fork this repair took a full 30 days. I was cutting the grass on Sunday and the PTO failed again. This tractor only cuts grass. I have no other attachments. What should I do it now has 44hrs on it.

I don't have a part number. The part is a PTO actuator. Sent out a letter to the dealer and New Holland today as advised by my lawyer.
