Update. Dealer came to the conclusion that the pulleys were bad. Offered warranty replacement of all 3 pulleys. Took 6 weeks from the time I dropped the deck off to get it back. Was told pulleys were back ordered from factory so they were pulled from dealer network. Not happy it took 6 weeks, but all the people I have dealt with at this dealer are good guys(my opinion).

Not sure if this is the same problem that I had. There is a bolt on the underside of the mower (around the area of the front of the seat) that holds a spring attached to a pulley for the drive belt. It's possible just like mine that the bolt worked it way loose and fell off. I can't remember the size of the bolt but do remember using loc-tite when I replaced it
