i would like to install a mid-mount mower on my 1983 1210.my question is can i use a 60 in deck and what do i need to hook it up (tractor does not have a factory installed mid pto)any info anyone could give me would be very helpful.......thanks jimmy

YM 1600 5309 Need info such as HP,ETC. The lift quit but the valve under seat is cracked and won't stay in far enough to build pressure I think.My bro-in-law said it's the pump.Was told it's not rebuildable and I ain't paying $500 for a new one.By the way what is this tractor worth and when was it built. I Have a 1983 1210 ford with 700 hrs on it.my problem is the tractor smokes real bad after it get warmed up.the smoke is blue and it doesn't even smell like diesel.it has a raw smell to it.the injectors have been rebuilt(at the ford dealer).also the engine has a lopping sound to it at idle.could it be the injector pump timing is off?the tractor seems to have good power but is hard to start without using the glow plugs if it is shut off more than 10 min.any help with this problem would be great

My understanding is that Deere uses Yanmar engines & drivetrains, subs out most of the other parts, and assembles them in Georgia. If you want to stretch the definition, they are
