i went back and reread all the posts and thought i would jump in. I have fixed all my problems with my 91, 250, the oil pressure guage was bad, and the wiring was replaced and now i wouldn' trade it for anything. it runs great and the most fuel conservative tractor i have ever seen. i have a 14 gal tank and can use it all day pulling an 8 ft gobal disk and still 1/4 tank at the end of the day. i did take all the gee-haws off it. like turn signals, horn, dimmer swithch, and left just the necessary things. i love it and would not trade it for a new one. i paid 1900.00 for it a year ago.

My land is hard clay, and a TSC would not stand up to the stress placed on it. It would work for a while but the sections would either bend or break the bolts. If you go to a metal pipe or place where you can buy 1/4 in angle you can usually pick up what they call cut-offs at a big discount and make a very strong one as mentioned in the above discussions. mine cost me less than 40.00 and is heavy enough to do any type of dragging, i even use it to drag my gravel road to loosen it up before gradeing it.

I think they will go ahead with their test and the UN will "again" put (sanctions) on them.. What the hell does sanctions do anyway. The pres. of Iran told the US to place all the sanctions they wanted to on them, they did not care nor bothered with sanctions. I agree with you if the us is going to be the world police, tell the NK to go ahead, adn see if they would have the capability to fire another one after we decimated the area with a small contained nuke. that's the only words those people understand. Here is the question???? WHY is it the US's problem when one of those little dictators jump up and rattle the cage by threatening to use nukes or to make nukes. Why can't their neighboring countries get involved. It's in their best interests to do so sabor rattleing themselves.

America has not had a pres, with the gonads to stand up to these people since kennedy.

I say vote the whole bunch of crooks, homos, and "the good old boys" out of office but that will never happen.

i agree with you, i wish they would go ahead a test the bomb and blow that part of NK into the sea of japan.

I have decided to forget that ideal. It seems that there is too many problems for it to be vieable. I will keep attempting to find veggie oil. Would be OK if i could find a couple of schools to get oil from.

Boy!!!!! did i ever open up a can of worms, i pulled off the cover of the dash and striped some of the shielding off of the wiring harness, GUESS WHAT??? ALL WIRES ARE WHITE... I am determined to worry it out.i think i will do away with the turn directionals, the park lites , the brake lites, and just do basic wiring.
In saying that i have found no way for the lights and guages to receive power.
i am seeking a simple schematics to hook up alternator, starter, switch, and regular lights, does anyone know where to go to.Or can anyone send me a sketch of how to hook up just the basics.

You would not belive the wiring on that thing. i bet there was a mile of wire on it,and one wire ran to several guages and lights,
It has a 11 post distribution box but how the power got to it is a mystery. the oil temp guage was mechinical and eletronic, can you use a water temp guage as an oil temp guage?
I am having to do this myself as have tried several tractor dealerships in area and they will not touch a Belarus.. Lucky it is a diesel..
I would appriciate it if anyone could send me a simple schemetic of the components that have to be hooked up.

The only place to buy parts for any Yan Mar is WWW.HOYETRACTOR.COM located in S. OK, but they help with shipping and have every part you will ever need for a YM.
Have a YM2000. and swear by them. fast and reasonable.
