$13K sounds high; you should look at http://www.machinerylink.com/resources/uevg/default.asp for quick check on valuations (doesn't take loader into consideration). The 1725 is a great starter tractor for small/medium tasks on a small farm IMO. I also have my 1725 for sale as I've gotten a larger tractor since we've gotten more acreage and I'm needing more power these days. Mine is $11K with FEL, bushhog/plow; 340 hours.
