I have a Ford 1715 and use it for loader work (Woods loader) and snow plowing. I have a NH front plow. Sometimes do tilling. I was at a local dealer buying a part and happened to see the TC30 literature. Seemed pretty nice and may solve some of my complaints with the 1715, although this is really a great base model tractor. The loader cycle time is very slow. No live PTO. It will stall out when tilling and hitting a med. sized root. Will also stall when brushogging, slthough the stuff has to be pretty thich. Also,the machine always seems like it wants to tip over unless you're on really flat ground, my biggest complaint, (yes I use a counterweight). Will the TC30 with the extra weight/width help? Are they fairly stable?(do R4's help?) Is approx 7 more HP a big difference? I see that the GPM flow is alot greater on the TC30?
Next Q? The guy said that the TC30 is around $11,900 - std
$12,900 hydro. Could give me around $7 to $8k trade. Mine is almost like new and only has about 190 hours on it. Tractor for tractor with no implements. Is this a good deal?
PS will my NH front blade fit the TC30?
