Lift cylinder seal/o-ring replacement fixed the problem. Easy job. Thanks Sheaffer for the help !<br>

When setting the lift cylinder assembly back on transmission housing, be sure to align the PTO speed lever with shift mechanism ! I used a chain hoist to lower while aligning the lever.
