I own an L3010. It's used on our ranch in deep south Texas. As it is very hot, I wanted to purchase some sort of easily removable shade device. The tractor is used where low clearance is a must. If I buy a Kubota canopy, I'm afraid it would not last due to working in low clearance conditions such as tree branches. Also, this unit is equipped with a backhoe attachment. When using it, shade would be nice also. Any suggestions?

Please let me know if a Kubota 4590, 3 point backhoe attachment is compatible with my Kubota L3010. I called the dealer and he said maybe yes, maybe no. The dealer stated that there may be problems with the mounting kit and the rollover protection bar might be in the way. I am looking for advice as to whether it will work or not. The cost for the backhoe attachment including the PTO hydraulic pump is $1900.00.

A local dealer has a used L4610, hst, 4wd, equipped with a LA852 front end loader. The unit has 746 hours shown and was purchased new in July 2000. This is a REPO unit and hasn't been maintained well. The dealer wants 15,800 which includes a new paint job. The industrial tires are in good shape. Is this a fair price?.
