My local dealer has a 7264 demo with 8 hrs on it and includes a cab 54 inch blower and a 60 inch deck with full warranty for 17900 is this a good price Thanx Bruce

I am in the market for a new tractor that will be used primarily for finish mowing. A local dealer has quoted me a price of $9700.00(taxes included) on a JD455. Is this a fair deal & does anyone own this model that can give me their feedback on it's performance.
