Hello all,<br>
I just got a 2001 Case 621c and the emergency brake will not hold. It is an electirc switch type but I cannot find an adjustment or anything for it. Please excuse my ignorance but any help would be great! Also can someone lead me in the direction where I can find a service manual for this model as well.<br>

Im looking for a new or used (Kubota D722-E) enigine for a Toro dingo.I bought this thing used to save a dollar, looks like its going to cost me 10! engine has a hole in the block from a thrown rod.Its trashed. Thanks in advance guys.

I have a 66 2110 lcggas tractor with 2300 hours. Its a hard pulling tractor, but the two stage clutches are weak for heavy brushhog use. I have to replace the clutch in mine.

IMO, the fords of that time period were built light compared to their horsepower and are not as heavy duty a unit as the IHs, Olivers, and Moline utility tractors of the same time period.

I have a 7ft Howse "medium-heavy duty" brush hog and its been disapointing, to say the least. The "stump jumper" on the mower has a small diamter, and they use long blades to make up the cutting area. These blades seem to be very soft, compared to the blades on my 6ft Brush Hog. Several times I've hit small objects, bent the blades and had them cut into the deck.

I would look into another brand, although with a smaller tractor like a Kyoti, you may not be putting as much hp through it.

I have a L 2550 same as the L2850 little less H.P.I have no problem with high speeds on my tractor. In fact the tractor is a little scary to drive at high speeds on pavement because it gets a little top heavy with the loader.Like everyone else said with the high range it should really move right-along.I hope you get your problem resolved.Like Frank said they are a wonderful tractor I have owned my L2550 for a short time (3 months)and it is just a great machine.I spread 110 yards of fill and 4 hours with the greatest of easy.good luck with your tractor.

If you haven't bought yet go for the power steering.With the loader full it really helps. I have an old Powerking with a loader and no power steering and a also have a Kubota L2550/loader with power steering.From my experience I go with the power steering.You should take Roger advice and try to drive it around with the loader full.That should give you a little better idea on what would be best for you.Like you said you only plan on doing light loader work.The finally decision will be yours good luck with your purchase.

The tractor that took the place of the L2250 is more like the L3010 not the strip down L2500.Although the L2250 doesn't have the H.P. that the L3010 has I believe that it is closer in features. Check to see if the L2250 has a live powertake off. This is not standard on a L2500.Also the tranny on the L2250 is and 8x8 and I don't believe that the L2500 has this.The thing that is nice about the 8x8 is the speed control is infinite no matter what implement you are using. This is just the info that I gather while I was looking to make a purchase.FYI the L3010 with a loader new priced in somewhere around 18,000 and that is why I didn't think the $9,000 was a bad price for my tractor. But like Dennis said the 3 year warranty is something to look at. I got a 90 day warranty with my tractor which is not much but it is better then nothing. Like I said post your question on the kubota tractor source and you should get the feed back you are looking for. good luck

I purchased a L2550 not to long ago for $9000.00.The L2550 is the big brother to the one that you are looking at. It has 780 hrs, front end loader,4wd. I got some really good feed back from the web site kubota tractor source.You might want to post this message there. Anyway I got my tractor at a fair price I believe from the info that I gather up. So far I'm very pleased with my tractor. I had 110 yards of fill brought in for my front yard and I spread it faster then they could truck it in. No problem. I have come across a L2550 with 789 hours with loader.It seems to be in pretty good shape it has a hydro tranny 4WD and R4 tires. The asking price was $9,500.Is this a fair price for this tractor? Does anyone have any info on the track record of this model tractor good or bad? Any info or opinion? Thanks Barry <br>
