Thanks for responding. Unfortunately I was not more complete.

There are 2 spring loaded valves within the filter mounting block assembly. Both units were operational the last time I checked. The regulating valve has been changed with no improvement in the condition.

Although there are no abnormal sounds with the unit running, I am going to pull the valve cover and see if I am getting oil on top. I suspect I have a blocked passage somewhere.
