I bought my 4210 over three years ago and it does everything I needed it to do. I have a FEL and a box scraper. I just installed a Taylor Way 766 backhoe on it but really haven't had a chance to really dig with it, but I'm sure it'll be better than digging by hand with a shovel ;-) .

Well the tractor went to the dealer and they found the solenoid connector wiring was faulty. $86/hr got my PTO going.

That sounds like a good price but I'd be concern of the backhoe's condition. I suggest that you get a cost estimate on repairing it. Otherwise it may not be a great price.

Well that was my last shot with JD backhoe. Monday I'm ordering a Taylor Pittsburg backhoe 3 pt attachment. $4300 delivered and with the money saved, I'll either buy a subframe from JD and modify it to fit the backhoe or fabricated one myself. Their lost.<br>
BTW they had 6 of those #48 backhoes on pallets :-( .

Anyone have or ever use a 3 pt. 6' Taylor Backhoe attachment? There's one on ebay for $3749 and about $700 delivery to Ca. This is cheaper than I can buy a Nardi brand locally at about $6300. The dealer wants $8200 but it does have a subframe.<br>
