Thanks for all the responses. I'll be using the tractor more as a utility tractor; that is why I was really studying this weight issue. The 2910 was the better handling of the two(3); but even "felt" and looked more lightweight. Truthfully, I wish I could buy them both!!! The literature I got the weight specs from were both given to me by the dealers. The Kubota just said "weight with ROPS." The NH said "shipping weight." This is going to be a very hard decision, but I too believe I'll be happy with either. It'll probably come down to price.

Brady, yes, the 2910 was a bit cheaper, but only by about a 1000 or so (this compared to the 25D, the 29D was a couple grand more). When you pay that much for something an xtra 1000 bucks seems pretty small!
