One disadvantage to this link is adjusting on the fly. You still have to stop to adjust your toplink. You can purchase 2 hydraulic toplinks for the price of one of these. <br>

Our CCM 72" MR190 works fine on 25-70 HP tractors. Our MR190 actually weights more than the King Kutter. We have hundreds of the MR190 tillers out there in the field on 28-32 HP tractors,mostly Kubota's & JD tractors.
A Harley rake is a totally different implement than a tiller so it's hard to compare the two.

Measure your rear tires from outside to outside. Likely you will want to purchase a tiller that will cut out your tracks. You should have enough HP for any standard depth 6' tiller. Note most manufacturers use gear drive in their upper scale tillers, no chains to break or adjust.

Hemp is a stronger fiber than sisal. NH tried some hemp twine in the early 1990's from Mexico and it gave mega problems and they stopped selling it.
Hemp is a coarser fiber and does not work as well with the knotters.

What is funny the Rhino tillers are made by Sicma and so are the current JD tillers. The Frontier tillers are made by Maschio. You might want to check out the CCM Gear Drive tillers. They ship nationwide and are heavier made that most tillers sold in the USA at great prices.

John Deere tillers up until 2005 were made by Howard. Now they are made by Sicma.
Maletti currently makes Woods & Bush Hog and made pre-2004 New Holland tillers.
Sicma makes tillers for First Choice, Bush Hog, John Deere, Farm Track (Long)
Maschio makes the Frontier tillers.
If you want a comercial grade tiller at prices below many of the lighter duty chain units you need to look at a CCM Gear drive tiller.

I am here letting the public give information out about CCM tillers. The tillers quality and value will speak for themselves. We are also introducing a line of tillers made for the Sub-Compact and smaller compact tractors. These tillers are designed to need a little less PTO HP to operate and yet give great results. I believe you would be better served with the Grand L series tractor. The L series will have more capacity and durability than the BX.

The hyd. toplink usually is operated via rear exterior hyd. couplers using the tractors valve. If you do not have exterior rear hydraulic couplers installed on your tractor then you will have a choice of purchasing the OEM JD system or an aftermarket system. I would suggest the OEM JD one. The cost is more but you have a JD not a Jinma and the aftermarket systems are not as ascetic designed as JD's.
To know what cylinder you will need you will have to measure the OEM toplink in both the collapsed and extended positions.

PTO shafts are rated according to their load carrying capacity. The Italian MFG's have standard sizes from 1-10.The #4 has a rating of standard working load of 40 HP when the shaft is used at 540 rpm's. To be exact these shafts have torque ratings. HP is a derivative of torque and speed of motion, so the HP capacity of the PTO shaft is increased by increasing the RPM's.
