What is a good exterior sheeting to use during framing. I don't really like OSB. I have heard of a product, I believe is called Built-rite??????(not sure) it is supposed to "breathe". Any suggestions.

Which is better, Engineered beams, floor trusses, or dimensional lumber for the floor joists in a house and why. What is the cost difference?

I am preparing to build a new house. In my prep I would like to get a general cost breakdown for the different phases of construction. Excavating, foundation, ... Does anyone have this info or know where to find it.
