that doesn't look like a big issue, like can be solved easilty

For the solenoid to do anything it has to be getting power when you turn the key. If you know the location of the solenoid put a voltmeter on the terminal from the key and see if you have voltage when the key is turned. You could have a defective or dirty key switch or a loose wire between there and the starter. Mice like to chew wires, too.

or u can also get some reference manual if this doesn't work... go to reliable-store, or bitmanual. tractor manuals should always be kept handy !! thse area good start
