Can anybody help me with the hydro creep I am having with my Cub 7265? The hydro creep started at about 100 hrs. Is there an adjustment on the tractor some place to stop this hydro creep? I now have 130 hrs. on the tractor. I really like this tractor but find that this problem bothers me when I am working and getting on and off the tractor a lot. I changed the filters at 50 hrs. and topped off with cub hydr fluid to get back to the normal oil level. This service is consistant with what my owners manual recommends at 50 hrs. My first scheduled fluid change and filter again is at 200 hrs. I talked to the dealer and they were not much help with the problem so I am coming to all of you out there for help, thanks.

This type of problem often is just some needed lubrication on all pivot points on the linkage external to the transmission. That doesn't mean it is your problem but it might be just a sticky petal. Some times one pivot point or another might need some extra lubrication until the paint is all removed or maybe it is just a tight fit. You could attempt it yourself or you might contact your dealer. ....

I had the hydro creep issue addressed the same time as the glow plug problem. The dealer adjusted a device under the speed pedal that looks like a shock absorber. It has a rod running through it and I guess it recenters the hydro pedal when you stop. This must have needed adjusting because after the CC service dep. played with it I have no more hydro creep. The tractor is much nicer to operate now that this has been adjusted. I'm a happy camper now! ....
