Valve adj Timing marks 1 2

Hello and thanks for your reply to my questions I hope that I can get a reply inorder to complete my head gasket job.
What I need is valve adjustment clearence and the procedure for timing marks vs adjust on #1 Cyl exhaust/intake once I have reassembled the head.I do see that #1 time mark set the piston to the TDC.#2 same.Can anyone tell me the procedure? While I'm asking can you also tell me the recommended head bolt torque in lbs. Thanks again for looking.
