Injector Pump Problem on JB 5320 2000

My JD 5320 with approx 850 hrs started this morning and ran for a minute and quite. I was unable to restart it. I checked the fuel filter and definately have fuel going to the injector pump but when I crank the starter nothing is coming out of the pump. I purchased a new pump. Can anyone tell me how to remove the old pump. I have removed all the bolts and the nut on the end of the shaft and still can't remove it.
