Bought new March 2004.
Mow for 4 hours. After mowing for 2 hours the fan or exhaust starts burning my foot.
Any fixes?

I've never noticed that while bush hogging. Do you have a MMM? Maybe that alters the airflow enough to cause a problem. Deere sells a vertical exhaust kit for your machine so if it's hot exhaust that may be an option. I understand it requires boring a hole in a side panel so you'd probably want your dealer to do this. I hope you're not mowing barefoot :) ....

floor board temp stays around 110 degrees on a 80 degree
day.I rest my left foot on top the brake pedal when it gets
too hot...right foot never gets hot because its operating
the hydro pedals.. ....
