638 Loader Question

I have a question concerning my 638 loader on my CC 7265. What is the bolt for that is located on the valve assembly just to the bottom of the valve handle rod? It looks like an adjusting bolt with a lock nut. I looked in my owners manual for this loader and it doesn't mention a thing about this bolt. Can anybody tell me what this bolt is for and thanks.
