I have a LA211 loader on a BX1800, I want to install a home made front blade and connect this to the existing quick connections. I'm wanting to know if the BX's requires an open centered valve, defining what "power beyond" is and were to buy the quick connects fittings to fit to the BX.

If you are removing the loader for the blade you could use the valve you have on the tractor. ....

Art said it with a few words as usual. The loader valve assembly already is an open centered system and in most hookups the 3ph already is a down-stream valve, which makes it a power-beyond application. If the valve is right for the loader it should be right for a blade. There is a whole bunch of discussion in the archives about PB if you're interested in the 'why for's.' Quick connectors should be dealer stock items. ....
