I guess what you're doing now is switching a diverter valve to go from loader to three point hitch use. The return line from the loader likely goes directly to the reservoir. Having to switch a diverter is probably what you want to cure.

The most common hookup to do that is running the return line from the loader valve into the high-pressure line to the 3ph, and to do this the loader valve should be power-beyond rated. With such a hookup the 3ph will operate normally as long as the loader isn't working and the loader will operate normally. They just won't work at the same time.

Many tractors have a combined hydraulic manifold, diveter-valve and pressure-relief for this purpose but I don't think Yanmar's do. I'm not sure they had diverter valves from the factory either so I'm not sure how the loader is connected right now. The hookup I mentioned can be made by cutting the high-pressure line and installing fittings to run the pump output to the loader and the loader return to the 3ph. There is a discussion on how it was done in the archives but I can't recall if the tractor was a Yanmar. There does have to be a relief valve ahead of the loader valve or as part of the valve assembly. ....
