One feature I'd really like to see on TractorPoint is the ability to have a sticky default setting on a per-user basis for message notification. I prefer to not receive message notifications via email, but I often forget to select that option when posting. It would be great if I could make the selection once in my profile and have it apply anytime I post, reply to a post, or edit a post I've already made.

I like that too. I have trouble enough sounding vaguely coherent early in the morning when I'm on. I usually end up straightening out some butchered text from the previous day and regularly forget to click the 'don't notify options.' If you forget to click them off and you've posted a number of times in a long and active discussion, YOU REALLY GET A LOT OF MAIL, and some of the mail ends up being notification of your own posts.
They also come from out of the blue from years ago. One popped up for me just this morning and now I have to find which of my posts has the notify option.
