Is there a maxmium degree or angle I can safely operate the LB1914?
My land is hilly and I don't want to find out the hard way which hill is too steep
I am inexperienced with using a tractor, But I see other drive where I couldn't walk.
I plan on using a level from an RV center to judge the degrees.
Any idea?

There is no hard and fast rule. Even if you could somehow discern what the angle of dangle is for a particular model, if then you run over a small rock or drop the downhill wheel into a gopher hole, the whole equation goes out the window.

Two things you need to do:

1) Get some wheel weights or fill the rear tires with fluid.

2) Try to drive up or down slopes, not across. Educate the seat of your pants. After a few hours you will "know" when things are too close to the "edge". ....
