I have a 84 IH 244 4wd & would also like to find a source for manuals. Also do you have specs. on the IHs? I just bought mine about a month ago and was told it was 21 hp @ the pto but am not sure. I am curious as to what size implements it will handle. Montana, where are you from - I am from Helena, Montana. ....

I bought one for a IH 254 from stevens tractor www.stevenstractor.com and have also seen them at the tractor supply co www.tractorsupplyco.comI do not know about IH Case but info for IH compacts sometimes can be scarce ....

I have the factory specs on the 200 series IH the 245 is 21 engine hp and 18 pto hp with a mitsubishi K3D engine shipping weight of 1820 lbs for the 4wd model hope this helps ....

IH tractors are not the usual topic of discussion on this forum but yahoohas a mitsubishi tractor club and mitsubishi seems to have made a lot of IH compacts their address is clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/mitsubishitractors ....
