Resolved My Posting Problem

Thanks to Dennis for several e-mails about my problems posting responses. He got back to me with the solution about the same time it dawned on me. The solution might be worth knowing.

I upgraded to IE6. My first post after the upgrade returned an error 'Advertising sites and e-mail addresses not allowed. Please correct.' I thought it new security code installed with the upgrade. I thrashed around a lot learning more than I'd ever want to know about Scripting Hosts and Java Virtual Machines.

Turns out that I used the 'at' symbol used in e-mail addresses in the body of the post (now with the torque vs. rpm thread). Dennis wrote some code that rejects use of the symbol and I don't know what else in an attempt to cut down on the use of the site by spammers. It's very understandable that such measures would be taken. I'm just glad I've got it figured out now.
