To all that are intreseted. Prince Hyd. is selling 10 GPM joystick valves with "Float" and "Regen" for $125.00. I purchased 2 of these valves and they work great. Prince is also working on building replacement Hyd pumps, with more GPM output, for the 155D. If anyone is interested call Prince Direct.

That's pretty good info Andy. For readers who are getting up to speed on hydraulics, I'll note that gpm ratings on valves are related to size of the valve. More is not necessarily better and a 20 gpm valve may dwarf a compact. 10-gpm may not be too bad.
The valve likely is intended for a loader. One controlvalve with float is for the lift while regen on the other provides for a bucket fast dump. I'm assuming that regen would be triggered by moving the valve to a detend position and that otherwise the valve would function like a conventional valve for a double-acting cylinder. It wouldn't be good to have regen all the time. I think the valve for a double acting cylinder is called a 4-way valve (counting an inlet, outlet and two cylinder ports but I’ve never been sure of the terminology).
The price seems very good, although I don't know how the durability of Prince compares with other manufacturers (Cross is an example).
The price is especially good if it comes with the joystick linkage. Otherwise, I don't know how standard the linkages are and it may take some thrashing around to come up with a linkage that works. I don't know if the valves also could be supplied with separate control valve handles and if additional control valve sections can be purchased and installed in the assembly. That's what I'd be more interested in than a joystick. Anyway, it certainly sounds well worth checking.
I'm assuming that the valve is a power-beyond type since that's what a typical loader application would use.

The control valve comes with a Joystick. I know the valve can be used with seperate handles, however, I'm not sure if Prince is offering this valve with the handles. Mine came with a Joystick. Prince valves are top of the line. I've used them for years with no problems. The regen feature as you stated speeds up the dumping motion. To activate the regen there is a detent beyond the normal dump postion on the valve. The same is true for activating the Float feature. I looked all over for a valve like this (small) and all of the local Hyd suppliers wanted $260-$400.
Thanks for the reply,

Sounds like a great valve. Any suggestions on the best place to by the valve? Are they available on line? Thanks, Dave ....

That does sound like a good deal--especially if fitted with handles and additional control valve sections can be added. I've wanted a fast-dump on my loader for a long while and I actually need at least four valve controlled outlets. I have three outlets and still have to steal the loader bucket outlet when my 3ph forklift is mounted.
Prince is www.princehyd.com but I haven't checked their site for awhile.

For the BEST PRICE contact "Prince Direct" @ 888-307-3138.
This valve sells for over $250.00 around here. Ask for Kevin and tell'em Andy sent you. I have spoken with him several times. I'm trying to get him to make a Hyd pump for a 155D in the 10 gpm range.
