OK,OK!Who has been sucked into the Y2K propaganda going around?? Just got off the phone with another customer at the company I work for, upset and concerned about how everything is going to shut down, cars will stop, planes fall out of the sky!! I guess I should start a rumor "Your Tractors will be shutting down Jan 1,2000!" Here's my one and only piece of advice, If something has DATE (NOT TIME) dependent features, it MAY encounter problems. For example: your car/Truck's ignition is not DATE dependent! Neither is your Microwave, furnace or TV,(Older VCRs=maybe). I would however not recommend flying overseas! Flying won't be a problem, landing might be. Our company has been dealing with Y2k for 3-4 years, we have already started to work on the 2030 bug.(Probably didn't know about that one!!) That bug has a few years to go before they'll start worrying the innocent, honest people of the world. Please feel free to share your concerns from a tractor/farming standpoint?
