Help, I put my loader back on my B2910 and am having problems attaching the last line to the loader. The coupler will go over the male fitting but I cannot get it to click in place. I had no problem with the other 3. Now the loader is stuck 1/3 of the way in the air and I cannot get it back down to put on my trailer. Any help would be appreciated.

Paul, I'm a bit confused by your description. You say you put the loader on the tractor, have one of the three hoses you cannot connect, and yet the loader is raised, instead of still sitting on the ground (or floor)? Anyway, when one (or more) of the hoses will not go all the way on, it's almost invariably because of pressure in the line, and that pressure has to be released in some manner. So assuming I'm right about three of the four hoses being connected, and the bucket raised, I'd say to leave the engine off, move the joystick around in all four directions to relieve the pressure, then put a jack under the bucket and lift very slightly to relief the pressure in that one circuit. If you have a helper who can very slowly lift the bucket at the same time you plug the hose on, that may be all that's required. Another solution is to unscrew the fitting on that one hose to let a little oil out of it, just enough to release the pressure so you can plug it on the valve. But be slow and careful so you don't have fluid under pressure spraying on you. ....

another trick to relieving static pressure in hyd. systems is as follows. But this will only work if the system does not have a pilot valve. If the system has a pilot valve. See TomG's suggestions.
Support the implement (loader in this case) and then lock your control lever in the float position. engine should be shut off.
By locking the control lever in the "float" position, fluid from the couplers will go directly into the valve and return to the reservor.
The hose ends are refered to as "male" couplers. The ends on the tractor are refered to as "female" couplers.
Male couplers have a metal ball or steel tip on it's end which hold fluid inside when not coupled with the female end. This is the same way a checkvalve works.
Female couples have the same mechanism, only it is internal and not visable unless looking directly into the coupler. By moving the control lever in the float position,(provideng there is ni pilot valve in the system) this relieves system pressure on the female side of the connection.
When snapping in a male coupler with static pressure, the female ball or tip will open and allow the male coupler enough clearence for the locking mechanism to hold it in place. Once held in place by the locking mechanism, pressures can be equalized. If you have not supported the loader......IT'S COMING DOWN ...AND FAST!!!!!
Please be carefull. Support the loader!!!!! wear eye protection from spraying oil!!!!!!!!!!!! ....

Thanks for the help Bird. I tried what you suggested and it worked first try. I just had too much pressure built up. The funny part was I usually have a hard time aligning the loader part and not the lines. As usual I knew someone out here knew the answer. ....

Greenjeans, I agree that the male/female connectors are "usually" as you say, but at least some of the Kubota loaders have the female connector on the hose and the male connector on the valve. I was a little surprised when I got my B2710 and saw that. ....
