does anyone have any specs or info on the john deere 5200 series tractors.

As far as I know the 5200 was the smallest of the full size farm utility tractors.They have as I recall 43 engine hp and around 40 pto. They followed the 2350 seriesand precede the 5210 series. I know a JD mechanic who thinks they are great. Onlyone small problem. Sometimes the early 5200's had the clutch stick. It usually occurred in the first few hours of operation and was repaired under warranty.It was simply a matter of not greasing the spline shaft he tells me. I could ramble onmore but that is generally it. My father-in-law owns one. A really great tractor inmho. It is rated at 30hp, but the same engine is used (with improvments) in the 5300 and is rated at 40hp.Again, that same motor is used in the 5400 with a turbo to put out 50 hp. His has a has 520 loader on it too. I don't have any specs on it, though. ....
