Had a flat on one front tire on my 950 with MFWD. When they pulled the tire to patch the tube, we found that the wheel had rusted pretty badly on the inside around the valve stem opening. Previous owner left it outside and apparently water seeped in around the valve stem enough to rust the inside of the wheel. I have not had the other off yet. Question is, where can one find used wheels? I did a search on yahoo for tractor salvage and found many, many salvage yards. However, all my inquirys so far no one has any 950 wheels. Anyone know of a possible source? I may have to bite the bullet and buy new ones.

It's a relatively simple matter for a competent welder to cut out the rusted area and weld in a patch, then drill a stem hole around the rim a ways. Much cheaper than new rims, too. ....
