It strikes me curious that some brands sell a lot and others don't. On the opening screen is information about a Kubota. Listed elsewhere are brand sites, JD, Ku..,Yanmar, even those Belarus. I just bought a 7205 Cub Cadet and couldn't be happier. I looked at the comparable model JD and thought the front and rear axles looked flimsy compared to the Cub. I didn't look at comparable Kubotas so can't comment. Why do you think Cub Cadets have modest sales, (or do they) when they are such a fine machine?

a wonderful machine.Made by Mitsubishi & were around under the International & later Case IH name .When Case decided to get out of the Compact line CubCadet picked them up & changed the sheet metal a little bit.

I can tell you one reason is customer support. I made the mistake of buying a CUB 7232 and it was a nightmare. It would routinely take 3-4 weeks to get in parts when needed. THe lift mechanism for the 72" belly mower was very very underdesigned. Mine would break after about 25hrs of use. Needless to say wby the time I had 600hrs on the tractor I bought a 3pt mower cause that was cheaper than replacing parts all of the time. After buying the 3pt mower then the 3pt pivot pins broke 2 times in one season. That was a $50 repair each time. I didn't abuse this machine at all. If anything I babied it for fear of it breaking again. The New Holland I just bought only has 50 hrs so far, but nothing has broke and I've been trying to. LOL ....
