I bought a very used L-210 with a used Bush Hog ATH600 5' finishing mower last month. My 10+ acres is mostly level grass, and this rig seems to work OK. I did have to use the lowest speed when cutting some stuff that was higher than the front wheels, and I even had to re-cut some of that to really cut the knock-down, but for most of the grass I can run in fourth and get decent results. This mower weighs more than 500 lbs, but the hydraulics lifts it fine. It's fun going down the road at a whopping 11 mph with the mower hanging back there...reminds me of a carnival ride. Anyway, I've been reading some of the old posts and it sounds like I'm pushing the L-210 pretty hard. Any opinions? Also, there are a number of what I assume are mounting bolts on the right side and under the block/transmission. What kind of implements are/were available for this tractor that would use those? The only pto is in back, as are the hydraulics. So far the mower and a carry-all are all I have, but I will be getting some kind of blade for driveway and snow work. Then a plow or tiller before next growing season. I know I can get an appropriate blade and plow, but is there a tiller that will work?Chuck
